When you use our website, we collect contact information you choose to submit (such as full name, phone number, city, and product preferences). Some forms also ask for your type of work and an income range so we can suggest a suitable installment; this is optional and goes only to the shop team.

Zero Online Sensitive Uploads: We never request, collect, or store sensitive documents (such as CNIC numbers, photos of CNIC cards, bank statements, or biometric data) through our public website. All verification documents are inspected in person at our Model Town Phase 2, Wah Cantt retail store.

The information you submit is used solely to:

• Verify stock availability and prepare quotations for requested laptops or mobile phones.
• Contact you via phone or WhatsApp regarding your submitted inquiry or arrival notifications.
• Maintain customer transaction records for warranty claims and installment balance tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing brokers. Data is shared only with store personnel responsible for customer service and verification.
