Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Checking Period for Laptops and Pre-Owned Devices

Certified pre-owned laptops and open-box smartphones include a 7-Day Checking & Exchange Period starting from the purchase date printed on your Taj Corporation invoice.

If a genuine hardware fault (such as motherboard failure, display lines, or charging port malfunction) is identified within this window, the customer is entitled to free replacement of the defective component or an exchange for an equivalent model.

2. Exclusions from Return / Exchange

The checking and exchange policy does not cover:

• Physical damage, water damage, burns, or cracked screens occurring after customer pickup.
• Unauthorized tampering, third-party repairs, or broken store warranty seals.
• Change of mind after box seal has been opened on brand-new official factory units.

3. How to Initiate a Claim

Bring the device along with your original purchase invoice and all included accessories to our Model Town Phase 2, Wah Cantt showroom for diagnostic testing.
