1. Shop Warranty vs. Official Brand Warranty

At Taj Corporation, we separate warranties into two clearly defined tiers:

• Official Brand Warranty: Pertains to brand-new sealed mobile phones and laptops (e.g., Apple, Samsung Pakistan, Xiaomi Airlink). Claims can be filed directly at official manufacturer authorized service centers nationwide or channeled through our store.
• Taj Corporation Certified Shop Warranty: Pertains to pre-owned enterprise laptops and open-box items. Includes 1-Month Hardware Checking Warranty and up to 6 Months Free Service/Labor Warranty covered by our technicians.

2. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty becomes void if the internal security stamp is punctured, if liquid ingress is discovered, or if software rooting/jailbreaking causes hardware bricking.
