Bluetooth not connecting on the laptop

• Make sure Bluetooth is on and Airplane mode is off.
• Put the headset or speaker in pairing mode and keep it close.
• In Settings > Bluetooth & devices, remove the device and add it again.
• Restart the Bluetooth Support Service from Services.
• Update the Bluetooth driver.

If no Bluetooth icon exists at all, the driver is missing or the card is faulty.
