Some laptop keys are not working
- Restart first. Sometimes it is only a software glitch.
- Check that Num Lock, Fn Lock or Filter Keys is not turned on by mistake.
- Turn the laptop upside down and tap gently to remove crumbs.
- Open Device Manager, right-click the keyboard and choose Uninstall device, then restart.
- Use the on-screen keyboard (Win + Ctrl + O) as a temporary fix.
If liquid was spilled, switch off at once and do not charge it. Bring it to a technician the same day to avoid damage.
