Why does my phone get hot?

• Do not use the phone while it charges, especially for games or video.
• Take the case off if the phone gets very hot.
• Keep it out of direct sunlight and a hot car.
• Close apps running in the background.
• Use the original or a quality charger.

If it gets hot even when idle, or the battery looks swollen, stop using it and have it checked.
