If your phone is lost or stolen

• Call your own number and try to locate the phone with Find My Device (Android) or Find My (iPhone).
• Lock or erase it remotely if you cannot find it.
• Change the passwords of your email, WhatsApp, banking and social accounts.
• Contact your SIM company to block the SIM and get a new one on the same number.
• Report it at the police station and keep the report copy.
• Keep your IMEI number (from the box) safe so you can give it when asked.

Banks and wallet apps: inform them at once if they were on the phone.
