Touchpad not responding
- Look for a touchpad key on the F1-F12 row, or press Fn with it.
- Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad and turn it on.
- Plug in a USB mouse; some laptops turn the touchpad off automatically.
- Clean the pad with a slightly damp cloth.
- Reinstall the touchpad driver in Device Manager.
If none helps, the touchpad cable inside may be loose and needs a technician.
